Once you find the home or homes you would love to visit, reach out to me and I will make the appointments to take you to see them. It’s that simple. If you would rather I email you a group of properties available in a specific area with your required specifications, I can also do that for you. Simply head over to the Contact Page and send us your specifications.

However, in the event you would rather visit a development of new homes, give me a call so that I can accompany you during your initial visit in order to be able to apply our rebate at closing. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! If you happen to register with the developer without me, I will not be able to honor our rebate program.

Lastly, if by chance you are here seeking to sell your home, our rebate program will also work for you. For our sellers, we only charge 3.5% commission on the sale of your home.
